The Dana Gallery, located in Missoula, Montana, holds a juried art show each May. Their primary focus is hand painted art, but a few photographers make it into the final cut. This was the first time that I had ever attempted to enter into this show. Out of 1200 entries, around 250 were chosen for the show. I submitted three pieces for consideration and my “Last Train To Durango” was selected for the show. I was excited because major art magazines and art suppliers were sponsors of the show and had representatives present for the show. This was definitely a step up in my art career, to be showing among very skilled and prestigious artists.!
